what is bipolar
mental health condition that effects your mood - with two different states, mania and depression
what are the symptoms of mania OR hypomania
- very happy or excited
- very irritable or aggressive
- lots of energy
- racing thoughts

- saying or doing things that are rude

what are the symptoms from low moods

1 episode of mania lasting longer than a week and potentially some depressive episodes
what is bipolar 2
experiencing both one depressive episode and symptoms of hypomania lasting for at least 4 days
what is cyclothymia
- both hypomanic and depressive episodes over the course of 2 years or more
- not severe enough to meet 1 or 2
what is rapid cycle bipolar
experience 4 or more depressive, mania or hypomanic or mixed episodes a year
