BISP CH.5 Reference 11.1 HOLIDAY INSPECTION Flashcards

0
Q

INFO CARD

Once a building is “marked” for holiday inspection, it will not have to be re-entered in
following years. Units will need to add additional holiday inspections as they are
observed on other inspections. I.e.: a new occupancy is discovered during a risk
inspection. Units will also have to remove the holiday “mark” when the holiday status no
longer exists. Once a status change request is made for holiday inspections, the request
will have to be approved by the Administrative Battalion.
Note: Please refer to the Chapter 2, Addendum 1 RBIS user manual in order to
change the status of an inspection to “Holiday”. Status changes in RBIS are
automatically approved by default for 14 days. This is to account for status changes
that may not be looked at immediately by the Administrative Battalion.
