   *usually from poor punching technique

1. Closed reduction and immobilization
2. Usually does not require surgery
3. Can only be 30-40 degrees of angulation on lateral view
   *anymore will result in clawing deformity

Answer 4

1. Wrist in Dorsiflexion with 4th or 5th digits extended and “buddy casted” together with MCP joints in flexion
   *put gauze between the fingers
