When an officer falls below a specified compliance percentage the Sergeant WILL
Review officers detailed APR summary for any unmatched videos
Review CAD for officers dispatched and officer cleared times that align with any identified unmatched videos.
Review evidence.com for video evidence without an ID number within the specified CAD timeframes.
Revised upload times for any uploads that occurred 36 hours after the recorded times.
Correct any unmatched videos in evidence.com by updating the ID number within the corresponding CAD event
View all unmatched evidence that corresponds with the officers CAD times
Of clear BWC compliance policy violations are discovered during the audit, documented the issue in a contact report. If the problem continues after being documented in a contact report, consider opening an SOC.
