Sergeant will contact the person reporting to inform them of the delay and or other options.
Notify dispatch of results so event can be updated.

If a call is cancelled at the direction of the sergeant
A
SGT will contact PR to advise the reason for cancellation. Then update event accordingly. Or request dispatch to call.
