a. Procedural vs. Nonprocedural
-A procedural change will affect the way in which a particular job is performed.
-A nonprocedural change refers to grammatical errors,
spelling errors, or illegible text or graphics.
b. Interval Change- An HOURLY or CALENDAR interval change can either increase or decrease the time between maintenance actions or affect the life limit for a given type
of aircraft equipment. In this case ONLY, select Yes for an interval change.
c. COMDT Change- A COMDT change will effect change within a Commandant Instruction Manual.

Once the originator initiates a CG-22, it is automatically submitted to?

A

The Local QA level in TMAPS. Originators of CG-22s should notify someone at their unit with TMAPS Local QA permissions when CG-22s have been initiated.

A

The Recommend Approval options are Yes and No.

(1) If Yes is selected, CG-22s will move to the Engineering Officer (EO) level.
(2) If No is selected, the CG-22 will be deleted from the system. Notify the originator that the CG-22 will not be implemented and why it was disapproved.
