A
  1. Start with a question word.
  2. Limit questions to two clauses.
  3. If they matter, write them in advance. Script them!
  4. Ask questions instead of making statements.
  5. Assume the answer. Ask “Who can tell me?” not “Can anyone tell me?” The latter assumes doubt.
