why should you elevate the injured part?
elevation of the injured part above the level of the heart uses gravity to help brain the excess fluid and decreases swelling.
what are the symptoms for heat exhaustion?
pale, clammy skin, rapid weak pulse, weakness, headache or nausea, cramps in abdomen or limbs
what is the treatment for a contusion?
apply ice
