What is Ethics?
Systematic Thinking about the moral consequences of decisions
What is Business Ethics ?
Is the written and unwritten codes and of principles and values that govern decisions and actions within a company. It’s thinking about the consequences of decisions that harm any stakeholders.
What are the Stakeholders?
People inside or outside of the organization which has the potential to be affected by organizational decisions
