Sacrament
A visible sign of an inward grace put in place by Jesus and entrusted to the church

Why is litergical worship important?
Helps guide Christian’s through their faith using structure teachings to present the idea that God is superior to us so we must be respectful and listen.
Why is private prayer important?
Allows a more free way of worship. Connecting to God one to one rather than with a group of people.

Why is baptism important?
To welcome people into the Christian faith
To get rid of original sin which all people are born with
Features of baptism
Infant baptism- parents mark sign of cross, candle is lit to symbolise baby has received God’s light
Believers baptism- Testimony where the person gives a small speech explaining their journey through the faith
