Business cases
A business case explains the rationale for a project or initiative and justifies the commitment necessary by clearly stating what it will deliver to the organisation and the resources required to achieve it.
VMOST (Business Case)
VMOST is a strategic planning tool that helps organizations align their activities with their long-term goals.
It stands for Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategy, and Tactics
Risk assessment
Risks can be divided in to six categories:
Political, Social, Physical, Technical, Labor, Legal
Mendelow’s power-interest matrix (Stakeholder management)
Mendelow’s Power-Interest Matrix is a strategic tool used to analyze and manage stakeholders by categorizing them based on their level of power and interest
High Power, High Interest (Manage Closely)
High Power, Low Interest (Keep Satisfied)

Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
Critical Success Factors (CSFs) are the essential areas of activity that an organization must focus on to achieve its mission and objectives.

Gantt chart (project schedule)
Gantt chart is a type of bar chart that represents a project schedule. It visually displays the start and finish dates of the various elements of a project.
Key features: Tasks and Milestones, Timeline, Dependincies, Progress tracking
Critical Path Analysis (CPA)
Critical Path Analaysis determines the “path of least slack time” ie the path containing items that absolutely cannot be delayed without delaying the entire project – also known as the critical path
Key features: List all tasks, determine dependincies, estimate duration, create a network diagram, identify critical path
the RACI matrix (allocating responsibilities)
A RACI matrix is a tool in project management designed to clarify team roles and responsibilities across tasks.
Each role is categorized as: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed
Leads
Visitors or Leads is the total number of users who were exposed to the campaign or process
