Brown butter fat-washed Evan Williams bourbon, stirred with demerara simple syrup and angostura bitters.

Suntory Toki Japanese Whiskey, shaken with honey and rosemary simple syrup, passionfruit puree, lemon juice and aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas - egg white substitute)

Larceny bourbon is cold-smoked with cherrywood chips and Macanudo cigars. Shaken with lemon juice and peach puree. Fernet Branca spritzed into the glass after pouring.

Sazerac Rye, Amaro Nonino, Aperol, lemon juice.

Spanish Negroni
Nikka gin (distilled in a Coffey still and aged in wood), Carpano Antica sweet vermouth (italian), Fot-Li sweet vermouth (spanish), and Campari. The cocktail is milk washed for more texture)

Rose wine, aperol, peach schnapps. Shaken with lemon juice, lime juice and angostura bitters.

Espresso Martini
Vanilla infused Tito’s, Kahlua, espresso concentrate and aquafaba. Can be made with Baileys (light) or as it is (dark).
Served in iced coupe, 3 espresso beans as garnish
Peach Mule
Peach puree, lime juice, ginger beer. Twist on a mule with vodka subbed for peach puree.

Shrub Tropical
House made pineapple vinegar, macerated strawberries, strained and shaken with lemon juice. Topped with club soda.
Garnished with a strawberry, served with crushed ice in a Collins glass
Orchard Sour
House made pear juice, shaken with house made chamomile infused simple syrup, lime juice and aquafaba.
