Cheesecake
Classic New York style vanilla bean cheesecake with a graham cracker base. Served with a raspberry chamomile tea sauce, a brandy snap tuile, raspberry lychee rose sorbet and fresh raspberries.
Caramel Profiteroles
Three choux pastry buns are topped with chocolate shortbread craquelin. Filled with coffee ice cream and served with vanilla bean caramel sauce and candied almonds.
Chocolate Layer Cake
Classic devil’s food cake layered with a chocolate cremeux. The cake is topped with dark chocolate sauce and served with orange marmalade, orange and thyme white chocolate mousse, crunchy pearls and meringues. Gluten, eggs, soy and dairy not removable.
Grill 23 Fudge Sundae
Vanilla bean ice cream with a Valrhona dark-milk chocolate fudge sauce. Garnished with candied almonds and whipped cream. Nut allergy (removable), dairy allergy.

3 cookies per order. Made with a mix of Valrhona and milk chocolate. Served with vanilla bean infused milk. Gluten, dairy and eggs.
Famous Coconut Cake
Six layers of coconut cake soaked in coco lopez (coconut cream) syrup and filled with a coconut filling. Froasted with cream cheese and toasted sweet coconut. Plated with coconut dulce de leche and pineapple sherbet. Gluten, dairy, eggs and soy not removable.
Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee
Classic creme brulee garnished with mixed berries and a blueberry almond cookie. Dairy and egg not removable. Nuts only in the cookie (removable).
PX Affogato
Pedro Ximenez sherry (1 oz) poured tableside over vanilla ice cream and candied almonds. Alcohol, dairy, egg and nut allergies.
