Physical Fitness
Is a set of physical attributes that allow the body to respond or adapt to the demands.
Physical activity
Are any body movements allowed by the skeletal and require energy.
Exercise
Refers to the subset of physical activity or planned structure, repetitive movement of the body designed specially to improve or maintain physical fitness.
Cardiovascular endurance
The ability to perform prolonged large muscles and dynamic exercise at moderate to high levels of intensity.
Cardiovascular depends on
The ability of lungs to deliver oxygen. Heart capacity to pump blood. nervous system and blood vessels to regulate blood flow. ability of the body’s chemical system to use oxygen to process fuel for exercise.
Muscular strength
Is the amount of force a muscle can produce with a single maximum effort. Being physically strong will help you move and lift heavy objects.
Muscular endurance
The ability to sustain a given level of muscle tension, that is to hold a muscle contraction for a long period or to contract the muscul over and over again.
Flexibility
Is the ability to move joints through their full range of motion.
Body composition
Refers to the proportion of fat and free fat muscle in the body.
