PAINFUL, SWOLLEN + TENDER TESTIS/EPIDIDYMIS OF SUDDEN ONSET

  • sudden but not acute onset- like testicular torsion
  • May get urethral discharge
  • Dysuria
  • Sweats + fever
  • Difficulty walking
  • should ask about sexual history
