- < 18 yr old
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Compound Sodium Lactate : Contra
Nil
Droperidol : Contra
- Known or suspected hypersensitivity to Droperidol
- < 14 yr old
- Parkinson’s Disease
Enoxaparin Sodium : Contra
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to Enoxaparin Sodium

Fentanyl : Contra
- Altered LOC (V, P or U)
- Epistaxis or occluded nasal passages
- < 1 yr old
- Previous or known allergy or adverse reaction
- Pregnant women >= 20 weeks gestation in labour.
Fexofenadine : Contra
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to Fexofenadine
- < 12 yr
- Previous administration of Fexofenadine within 24hrs
Frusemide : Contra
- BP <100mmHg

Glucose Gel : Contra
[-] LOC or altered gag reflex
Glyceryl Trinitrate : Contra
- BP < 90mmHg
- Pulse rate < 50 or > 150 per minute
- < 16 yr old
- Use of drugs to treat erectile dysfunction:
Sildenafil (Viagra) - within 24hrs
Vardenafil (Levitra) - within 24hrs
Tadalafil (Cialis) - within 96hrs
Hydrocortisone : Contra
- Known or suspected allergy to Corticosteroids, Sodium Succinate or Sodium Phosphate
- Active peptic ulcer disease
Ibuprofen : Contra
- Active, known or suspected bleeding tendency
- Hx of allergic reactions to NSAIDs
- Pt with Asthma who have a Hx of wheeze post NSAID administration OR who have not previously taken an NSAID.
- Active peptic ulcer disease or GIT bleeding
- Dehydration
- Renal impairment
- Pregnancy
- Severe heart failure
- < 7 yr old
- Multiple previous doses:
- self administration within 4-6hrs and/or
- 1.2g (6 tablets) within 24hrs for >= 12 yrs of age or
- 800mg (4 tablets) within 24hrs for 7-12 yrs of age
Influenza Vaccine : Contra
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to Influenza Vaccine
- Known anaphylactic hypersensitivity to egg proteinsk chicken proteins or any other vaccine component (e.g. neomycin)
- Acute febrile illness
Ipratropium Bromide : Contra
- < 6 months of age
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to Ipratropium Bromide
- Glaucoma
Ketamine : Contra
- Suspected or known allergy to Ketamine
- Known or suspected Hx of Psychosis
- < 14 yr old
- Known 1st or 2nd trimester pregnancy.
Lignocaine : Contra
Allergy or hypersensitivity to Lignocaine
Methoxyflurane : Contra
MUDCAP
- Malignant Hyperthermia
- Untreated renal failure
- Decreased LOC (V, P or U)
- Concurrent Tetracycline use (e.g. Doxycycline)
- Acute behaviourally disturbed patients
- Pre-eclampsia / eclampsia
- < 1 yr old
