How do you plan to establish credibility with the staff and students?
A
Be involved, nurture, celebrate success, grow your own leaders, presence, visibility,
Teaching and Learning, establish systems & evaluate, listen, involve staff, collaborative leadership style
Be hands on not remote and detached from the business of learning
Gain external recognition for excellent practice i.e. Eco-schools, British Council International Award, investors in people ( different levels) , cultural diversity quality standard, arts mark, Fairtrade status etc.
