At Upton H.S., I wrote the Humanities Specialism bid with the Headteacher. This was a very demanding and intense process that required vision, determination and negotiation skills in terms of taking staff with me. Alongside writing the bid, I also started developing the school as an international school. The outcome, 5 years down the line, has been amazing. It has transformed Teaching & Learning and paved the way for new initiatives that would not have been possible before. Staff …evaluations…Ofsted… 1 million pounds
