- If the short leg becomes equal or longer at any point during the Crossover test, it COULD BE a Crossover
Do the Crossover Correction
* If the short leg remains short throughout the test, it is NOT a Crossover. Proceed to check
for Stage 1
How do you do a Crossover Correction?
If it COULD BE a Crossover, cross the short leg over the other leg at the ankle. Wait for a change in breath, motion and easing in body. When complete, uncross legs and re-do the leg length check
If short leg became equal to or longer than the other leg IT WAS A CROSSOVER. “Back to the Beginning” ie Check for Crossover again
If it stays short, it wasn’t a Crossover – proceed to check for Stage 1
