What is the sequence for a Stage 1?
- Check for radiation at primary zones (on short leg side)
- Challenge primary zones in order (on short leg side):
occiput/sacral notch/ double sacral notch/ sacral zones - Look for release in the short leg. If get a release that confirms a connection with the short
leg at that point - Look for secondary radiation
- Contact the point that gave you the best release of the short leg. Sustained hold directed
into the secondary radiation - Wait for the body to process. Look for ease in body, increased motion
After clearing a stage , go “Back to the Beginning”
Make a contact at the challenge point(s) that gave the best response (in releasing the short leg)
* Torque to secondary radiation
* Turn the back of the hand into the body
Sustain contact until one or more of these happen
ease/motion comes to the body +/ contact point softens +/ secondary radiation gone
If release of the short leg is not complete, try any other contacts that gave a positive challenge.
