What are the prerequisites for a Stage 3??
If there is a short leg, it’s not Crossover, Stage 1 or 2, and there is pelvic radiation, it could be Stage 3
What is the personality of a Stage 3?

How can you tell if it is a 3A or 3B?
To determine if it is 3A or 3B, hold feet in same position as for leg length check and slowly raise UP to 90o (not >90o as for crossover).
If short leg becomes equal or longer at any point, could be 3B
