Inter - Allied Control Commission ( IMCC )
Staffed by British and French army officers they checked existing weapons were destroyed and no new ones being made.

A

Russia - ( Rapallo )
Spain - build submarines
Sweden - build tanks and artillery
New fortifications - built along the polish frontier
Army recruits enlisted for short periods so well trained/stocked reserve
Sponsored paramilitary groups ( like the freikorps )
Seeckt moved towards a military alliance - destroy Poland
General Von seeckt aimed to make agreements with USSR - aimed to make agreements with USSR Tod eatery a newly independent Poland , agreements with the Red army kept secret

Germany , France and the USA
Frank Kellogg , the American Secretary of State and Aristide Briand the French foreign minister
It stated that states would agree to voluntarily to renounce the use of offensive wars to resolve disputes
Germany would be the first to sign followed by other countries.
Symbolic importance but lack of any enforcement limited it’s effectiveness
