How does cell lysis occur
A
Solution composed of detergents or surfactants that could dissolve lipids in addition to a protease that digests proteins of both cell and nuclear membranes

A
DNA has negative charge so treating sample with conc salt solution creates an attraction between positive and negative charges on DNA and allows DNA molecules to come together
