By eating enough food beforehand and non alcoholic beverages between the alcohol to stay hydrated. Food absorbs the alcohol and so when you go to the bathroom you can get rid of the alcohol
Exercising, drinking coffee or eating during will not speed up getting rid of alcohol from your system

A big yellow sticker is on the package with a piece of text warning you about the negative affects it has on driving ability

Situational awareness but for cars. It’s about anticipating and adapting to difficult traffic situations

It is when you drive through a monotonous landscape for so long, that your alertness and concentration are reduced. This could lead to an increased reaction time when something sudden happens
What is the recommended break time to drive ratio for long drives to prevent from fatigue?
