Hyperplasia of the palmar fascia leading to nodule formation and contracture of the 4th and 5th fingers

A
Genetic predisposition, Alcoholism and Cirrhosis

A
loss of ability to extend their fingers

How do you treat Dupuytren Contracture?
A
Triamcinolone, Lidocaine or collagenase injection
Surgical release if function is impaired
