What is the maximum duty time?

Answer 1

Shall not be rostered more than 11 hours but once commenced that duty, can be extended to 12 hours.

Flight time limitations in 1 day, 7 days, 28 days and 365 days?

Answer 2

1 day = 8 hours
7 days = 35 hours
28 days = 100 hours
365 days = 1000 hours

Rest requirements?

Answer 3

Flown more than 8 hours or more than 11 hours duty: 12 hours. If 12 hours duty time or 8.5 hours flight time exceeded, rest is now 24 hours. 10 hours minimum rest otherwise.

What is a “Disrupted Schedule”?

Answer 4

When the schedule is not completed within its scheduled timeframe due to reasons outside of the operators control.

Minimum Rest Periods after a duty at home base?

Must not be less than twice the flight hours of previous duty (AMS). 11 hours reduced to 10 hours 10 minutes at CHCH (Contractual).
