If the market is not in a favourable position it may be tough to find a job

We need to activate the unemployed I.e. those that are not skilled or that have been out of work in order to contribute to the economy and make a positive impact on the labour market
Why is being stuck in a job considered bad for your CV
It shows complacency and resistance to change, but back in the day it showed loyalty

Focussed on the supplier of work I.e. people such as me. Focussed on skills/qualifications/work experience/placements/internships/training and education/presentation of self

Focussed on the supplier of work oppurtunities I.e. organisations and the general economic situation to allow someone to find a job. There are elements such as childcare, transport infrastructure, and employer preferences
Principle of potentiality
The assumption that we need to present that we are capable of becoming more than what we currently are if you engage with work and work itself with something that will free and liberate you

Union participation has decreased steadily since 1995 (could be why there has been a loss in power of employees)
People are earning less while CEO pay rises

Effects of individualisation
Encourages individuals to take responsibility for their career, skills, understanding job market, being flexible, finding opportunities
It also makes u ignore the precarity of others, discourages collective attention and fosters and ethos of submission to power
