A

Is it feasible - is it a good idea, is there money to do it, is there enough time.
Cost - what is the likely income and what is the cost of all possible expenditure.
Timelines - there must be enough time to get everything agreed, planned, booked and organised.
Facilities - need to be checked beforehand to make sure they are fit for purpose.
H&S - conducting risk assessment before the event.

A

Leadership skills - planning, coordinating all staff, making tough decisions and staying calm when something goes wrong, working well with others.
Communication skills - what is the best way to communicate, respectful to all and able to listen.
Interpersonal skills - building and managing relationships with team members and others.
Teamwork skills - working with others toward the completion of the goals surrounding the event.
Organisational skills - planning, coordinating different people and groups, multitasking.
