Situation - urgency, conditions on scene / onroute, ground state, any known hazards other agencies involved
Mission - SHort and Simple
Execution - Roles, L&R, Equipment needed, emergency plan,
Administration - PPE, Safety measures, medical/casualty evac procedures
Command/ Comms - Roles Indentified

A
Safety - Was the operation safe? Any injury or damage? Were SOP followed?
People- All accounted for. All perform their roles
Equipment - All accounted for, any damage

12 per yr, 8 must be exercises
