0-3 = smear of 1000ppm
3-6 = pea sized OVER 1000ppm (1450ppm)

Pea sized for all now

9-15 year olds Duraphat toothpaste = 2800ppm sodium fluoride (0.619%)

Can at 16 do 5000ppm but not always needed as much same effect

16 or over duraphat toothpaste = 5000 (1.1%)
