What does R0 mean
infectiousness of disease. If Ro is above 1, the number of cases will increase exponentially
Ro=5 means that for every infection, there will be 5 additional people infected
difference between elimination and eradication
Elimination is to reduce occurrence at a national level to 0 whereas eradication is to reduce occurrence to 0 at a global scale
