A
- be active on most if not all days
- 150-300 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 to 150 minutes of vigorous physical activity per week
- muscle strengthening activities on 2 days per week
- minimise the amount of time spent in prolonged sitting
- break up long periods of sitting as often as possible
