Migraine

Pushed AWAY FROM: aortic aneurism, tumor, thyroid enlargement, pneumothorax (anything that creates a mass)
Trachea is pulled TOWARDS: atelectasis, pleural adhesions, fibrosis (anything creating a vacuum, or that connects to trachea and pulls it)
Chronic open angle glaucoma
Gradual onset; expect slow loss of peripheral vision.
