Also called Bertillon system. Alphonse Bertillon. Created approach to identification and recording criminals. Used detailed measurements and classification of feature to records each individual in the database.

A

Study of humans using biological, social and cultural anthropology to assist with the identification of the living and the dead, the recovery and repatriation of the deceased, and the interpretation of circumstances surrounding death.

Identification of the human or what remains of the human for medico-legal purposes.

A

Dr parkman visits prof websters lab and disappears. Remains were found in his privy which were dismembers. The remains were examined and determined age, height and race of individual.
