Fracture
A broken bone

A microfracture that appears without evidence of a single traumatic onset

A fracture of a diseased or weakened bone caused by a force that would not have fractured a healthy bone

A transverse fracture of the distal radial metaphysis with displacement of the hand posteriorly and outward, causing the characteristic “dinner fork” deformity
