Multifocal to coalescing granulomas
Flattened, yellow nodules, cheesy content.

Multiple foci granuloma with 3 parts( necrotic with hiphae, leucocyte border with macroph and neutrofiles, and a fibrinous capsule)
Inflammatory infiltrate with giant cells and macro
