TX-
-Prophylaxis typhoid vaccine pt >2yo
- TX- w/out gallstones amp + probenecid x 6 weeks OR
- cephalo, TMP-SMX, quinilones or chloramphenicol

      • Children < 8yo TMP/SMX 4-6 weeks
        -IF serious infec + gent + rifampin
