- Tonsillopharyngeal diphtheria- gray-white pharyngeal membranem hoarseness, sore throat & LOW fever
- Laryngotracheobronchial diphtheria- hoarsness, stridor, respiratory distress
- Nasal diphtheria (infants & young) profuse, mucoid grayish discharge
** ALL can lead to myocariditis, renal effects, polyneuritis

o After recovery- diphtheria toxoid
