* Deep head: deep branch of ulnar n.

* Oblique head: Palmar aspect of capitate, base of 2nd & 3rd metacarpal
* Transverse head: Palmar aspect of body of 3rd metacarpal

Insertion: Medical aspect of base of proximal phalanx of the thumb
Action: Adduct thumb @ carpometacarpal joint
Innervation: Deep branch of ulnar n.
