Insertion: Medial aspect of proximal tibia
Action: Knee flexion, internal rotation. Assists with hip adduction

Insertion: Gluteal tuberosity, linea aspera, medial supracondylar line, adductor tubercle

Innervation: Obturator n. & tibial division of sciatic n.
