O: Inner surface of Ilium.

O: Lower border of transverse processes L1 to L5, Lumbar vertibrae L1 to L5; T12 side body; base of sacrum.
I: Lesser trochanter of femur (Major); Pubis (Minor).
A: Flexion and external rotation of the hip; Anterior pelvic rotation; Flexion and Lateral Flexion of Lumbar spine.
Rectus Femoris (O; I; A)
O: Anterior iliac spine.
I: Patella and Patellar Tendon to Tibial Tuberosity.
A: Flexionof the hip; Extension of the knee; Anterior pelvic rotation.
Sartorius (O; I; A)
O: ASIS.
I: Anterior medial surface of tibia just below condyle.
A: Flexion of hip and knee; External rotation of thigh as it flexes.
Pectineus (O; I; A)
O: Front of pubis.
I: Lesser trochanter/linea aspera line.
A: Flexion of hip, Adduction of hip; Anterior pelvic rotation.
Adductor Brevis (O; I; A)
O: Front of inferior pubic ramus.
I: Lower part of pectineal line of femur, upper part of linea aspera.
A: Adduction of hip, External rotation as it adducts.
Adductor Longus (O; I; A)
O: Anterior pubis below crest.
I: Middle third of linea aspera.
A: Adduction of hip.
Adductor Magnus (O; I; A)
O: Edge of pubic ramus and ishium.
I: Linea aspera length.
A: Adduction; Extension and External rotation as hip adducts.
Gracilis (O; I; A)
O: Ramus of pubis
I: Anterior medial tibia just above condyle.
A: Adduction.

O: Ischial tuberosity.
