Q

What cells are involved in ADCC?

Q

What is a foreign body reaction?

A

An inflammatory reaction mediated by macrophages since the stimulus is not antigenic. Pro-inflammatory cytokines are secreted and recruit lymphocytes. Persistent macrophage & lymphocyte activity leads to persistent scarring.
