Large Left sided pleural effusion (R side of image)
Misplaced NG tube (Tip goes to be projected over right lung)
Left lower lobe collapse. Small left pleural effusion.
Left blunted costophrenic angle
Enlarged globular shped heart
Left sided lung consolidation
Left hemidiaphragm is obscured
Consolidation in the right middle lobe
Right upper lobe collapse
Consolidation and loss of Right upper lobe
Displaced Trachea to Right (Make up for volume loss)
Large gastric bubble
