Must call TC before Re attempting to open door. Once approved, must keep TC on the phone until everything be has passed through, and confirm with TC door is closed and locked.

This process must be followed when coming back through the rail corridor. Other staff and emergency personal mist he advised not to open door without approval. (doing so enact a An evac area around station)
