7. Gender – separate bathrooms etc
8. Disabilities and requirements for the workplace
9. Mental health issues – first aiders/safe space etc

How do you promote inclusive environments at FG

Answer 3

1. I will always ensure that the more junior member of our team have their opportunity to participate in meetings and share their thoughts.
2. Scheduling client meetings at a time when part time colleagues are working
3. I would also have no issue of recognising and challenging bias in the workplace, there is no place for it.
