FORM
•Iambic tertameter, stressed and unstressed syllables, monotomous inescapable suffering of poor in London.

LANGUAGE

STRUCTURE
•Lot of caesura, readers reflect and acknowledge the neglect from institutions and corruption of power.
•End stopped line to end poem, reflection, change? Lasting in reader head.

•Signifcant social and economic changes, overcrowding, factories.
•Contrast of wealthy and poor in london.
•Greed and imbalance of factory owners and their workers. Plagued city.
