- In anterior horn of spinal cord and cell body in CNS, axon in PNS

Maxillary branch (V2): Foramen rotundum
Mandibular branch (V3): Foramen ovale

Function: B, M = muscles of mastication, S = scalp, nasal, oral cavity, teeth, ear, etc.
