MUSCULAR STRENGTH
Refers to the capacity to move one’s body or an object without tiring.
MUSCLE ENDURANCE
Refers to the ability to move a joint smoothly through its complete range of motion that allows a person to do bending movements.
FLEXIBILITY
Refers to the measurement of the body fat and muscle mass in the body.
BODY COMPOSITION
A measure of body fat and is commonly used within the health industry to determine whether yout weight is healthy.
