Q

What does formula funding cause?
(Business terms)

A

As a result schools similar to businesses aim to attract the public to their product, and aiming to make their product better than the competitors, so they can receive the most pupils and the most funding
As well as this they can continually reinvest back into their education system, constantly improving it which is also very similar to a business.
