CDL (Configuration Deviation List) allows to dispatch with removed secondary exterior parts approved by manufacturer

A
24hr period starting from 00:00 AM during which at least one flight is initiated for affected aircraft

Use time referenced at time of malfunction if aircraft used for both Intl / Dom ops
